Ever have moments of anxiety flutter up? Stressed? No time time for that bath before you have to pickup the kids? That part of your life that was supposed to be golden was left in the shade?
Yeah, I know how it goes, too. It’s called being in the body.
Let’s not forget we are in our bodies…
Urrrrchhh! Put on the brakes.
The ability to notice the tense, tight-assed here-and-there’s, and the many various subtle nuances of negativity’s cousins, as they arise, and bring your awareness to how they play out in your body. When I have these flutters of anxiety come up, lately I’ve been playing with and speaking to those feelings with a specific mantra. The omnipowerful and incredible ONE-and-only declaration:
“I am one with everything.”
When I allow that to resonate out of my spirit, I feel it dissolving and expanding out, into the universe.
It is in the moment(s) of oneness when I realize it the music is not just on the outside. It’s an inner experience that boogies in the Soul at a deep fluid vibrational level Oneness as a highly spoken about factor on a life on the Path.
It’s universal — all over in familiar reggae lyrics to Buddhism dharma.
In song reminders: “We are Stardust, we are golden…”
We are the sand, we are part of the earth. We are part of the world. The dust, the fire and the everything.
For heavens sake, they were singing about it mainstream-style in the 80s:
“We are the world.” — Stevie wonder and company, 1985
Align with a shifted state of being: ”I am the world.’
You’ll call in abundance in a BIG way.
Oneness from this place lets you wear the transparent crown with the spirit jewels, faceted with the many paths of potential.
When you want the whole world to be empowering you, you multiply your potential that much more.
