While you’re trying it, reap the rich-in-antioxidants, high-protein, Omega-3s and more…
- Frozen blueberries, mostly thawed and about 2/3 cup or so.
- Almond butter, 1/4 cup
- Chia seeds, 3 Tblsp.
Mix it, eat it with a glowing heart and breathe in the nourishment.
