Exotic Mush Breakfast

This is my simplified version inspired and originating from my dear friend Amanda’s extravagant creation. You can find her full Warrior Woman breakfast recipe here.

Exotic Mush: It’s what’s for breakfast.

“Ew! Almond butter with blueberries??” …But have you tried it?

Try it.  :)

While you’re trying it, reap the rich-in-antioxidants, high-protein, Omega-3s and more…

Exotic Mush

  • Frozen blueberries, mostly thawed and about 2/3 cup or so.
  • Almond butter, 1/4 cup
  • Chia seeds, 3 Tblsp.

Mix it, eat it with a glowing heart and breathe in the nourishment.
